"I got shot."

The only explanation I have why my 2 year old little girl thinks that she got "shot" when she gets a scratch, is she probably did. From a Nerf gun, or something of the sort. She has 2 big brothers, what can I say? :) We had just dropped them off at a birthday party, so I couldn't ask them if they were the "gad (bad) guys." But since she says in the clip she says something to the fact that she lives with "gad guys" I am thinking they were the culprits! Hope it brought a smile.

More Mud

More of the boys fascination with mud. This time I found them flinging it at each other. Making nice big mud balls. Lovely. "Look Mom! Isn't this great!!?"

Nice big glop of it on the neck.

He threatened to throw it at me. He didn't follow through. :) Doesn't our grass look great?! We have a lot of work to do in the spring.

Why do they look at it like it is gold? Pure bliss. A wonderful discovery.

I don't know about you, but if this was in my hands, I would not be smiling.

I wasn't smiling when I was cleaning up the bathtub and their clothes afterwards either. But, boys will be boys and this mom knows that a little dirt never hurt. Though some may argue that this was more than a little dirt. :)
